Rasmus Holbech is Founder and CIO of Genre and has 24 years of professional experience in real estate development and law. He has led numerous large-scale and complex real estate projects, and his expertise spans the full spectrum of project management and law, including sourcing, business plan development, acquisition, zoning, project development, construction management, investment management and divestment.
Rasmus is a former Director of Partnerships and Joint Ventures and a member of the management teams at Nordstern and CASA, and has previously held positions at KPC, Plesner and Rambøll. At Genre, Rasmus leads planning processes, dialogue with authorities, contracts, due diligence and partnership structures and ensures that each project’s legal, planning and commercial aspects are assessed together.
Rasmus holds a Master of Laws (cand.jur.) from the University of Copenhagen and is a qualified attorney.
