Camilla brings more than 21 years of professional experience in real estate development and has successfully managed the acquisition and development of numerous large, complex projects. Her expertise includes sourcing, business plan development, acquisition, zoning, project development, construction management, and divestment.

Camilla is a former Development Director and part of the management at Nordstern and CASA. Camilla has further held positions at Gefion Group, NCC, Lidl, and Skanska.

Camilla holds a Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction Management from Copenhagen School of Design and Technology as well as an AP Degree in Real Estate.

Bent brings more than 13 years of professional experience in real estate and investment banking (corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategic advisory). Bent has advised on some of Denmark’s largest and most complex real estate transactions, developments, and capital raises across both equity and debt. His expertise includes sourcing, business plan development, acquisition, investment management, financing, and divestment.

Bent is a former Equity Partner and Board Member at Nordanö. Bent has further held positions at Catella Corporate Finance and Patrizia Global Managers (former Sparinvest Property Investors).

Bent holds a Master in Finance and Accounting (cand.merc.FIR) from Copenhagen Business School and have concluded studies and courses from University of Southern Denmark, University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and Harvard Business School.
