Michael Bruhn is Senior Advisor at Genre and brings a lifetime of professional experience in real estate and real estate investments. He has an exceptional network of international and national industry professionals and is one of the most influential people in the Danish real estate industry.
Michael is a former Executive Director at PFA Ejendomme, where he grew the portfolio to more than DKK 73 billion. Prior to this, Michael was Nordic Managing Director and Partner at Valad Property Group, now part of Cromwell Property Group, and has held positions at DTZ, Baltica Bank and Mäckler. His expertise includes investment and development strategy, portfolio management and optimisation, and the structuring of investments.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud.) from Copenhagen Business School and is a certified real estate agent.
